    How do HUB sneakers fit?

    HUB sneakers generally fit true to size. If you are between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for extra comfort. You can check the size guide page for detailed measurements.

    Can I use my own insoles in HUB sneakers?

    Yes. All HUB sneakers come with a removable insole. This makes it easy to replace the original insole with your own orthotics or custom insoles for a personalised fit.

    Are HUB sneakers comfortable for all-day wear?

    HUB sneakers are designed for everyday comfort. They are made with breathable materials and a supportive insole, so you can wear them comfortably throughout the day, whether you are walking, commuting or at work.

    What is the delivery time and what are the return options?

    Delivery times depend on your country. Orders to the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg are usually delivered within 1–3 days. For Germany, France and Denmark, delivery typically takes 1–5 days. Other European countries usually receive their order within 5–10 days.

    You can return your items within 15 days after delivery. Return costs depend on your country and start from a small fixed fee. You can easily register your return through the return portal on the delivery and returns page.

    Sneakers with a second life

    The HUB No Waste Series was created around a simple idea: use what already exists. Instead of producing entirely new materials, this collection is built from leftover stock and unused materials from previous HUB collections. Some materials were originally developed for earlier women’s styles from SS22 and SS23, now reimagined into completely new sneakers.

    By combining existing materials in unexpected ways, every pair becomes unique. Different textures, colours and fabrics come together in one design, creating one-of-a-kind sneakers that cannot be repeated once sold out.

    One-of-a-kind sneakers built with care

    Every sneaker within the No Waste Series is individually composed from available materials, making each pair slightly different from the next. Because of this process, quantities are extremely limited and no exact restocks are possible.

    To make every pair feel even more personal, each sneaker comes with its own handwritten hangtag explaining the story behind the materials used within the design. From their original purpose to their new life within the sneaker, every material carries part of the collection’s history.

    Limited sneakers inspired by past collections

    The first No Waste drop takes inspiration from summer, combining soft pastel tones with carefully repurposed materials from previous seasons. Materials originally developed for styles such as the Court, Court High and Rock have been given a completely new identity within the collection.

    The result is a series of limited sneakers that blend archive materials, creative design and everyday comfort into something entirely new.
