Ordering

Is it possible to change my order once placed?

Unfortunately, once your order has been placed, it cannot be modified. If you contact us quickly, we may still be able to cancel your order before it is processed, but changes to an existing order are not possible. In that case, you will need to place a new order for the correct item(s).
If your order has already been shipped, you can return it after delivery for a refund or exchange. Our customer service team will be happy to assist you with the return process.

I am having difficulty ordering, what should I do?

If you are experiencing issues placing your order, please try again using a different browser or device. If the problem continues, feel free to contact our customer service team at service@hubfootwear.com, we’ll be happy to help you complete your purchase.

I have a complaint, how can I contact you?

Please email service@hubfootwear.com with full details including your order number, name and a photo of your shoes. The submitted complaint will be answered within a period of 2 working days from the day of receipt. 

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and other secure payment options available through Shopify Payments at checkout.

Can I use a discount code?

Yes, you can enter a valid discount code during checkout in the designated field. You will find this field on the right-hand side of the checkout page, under your order summary (“Discount code”). If the code is active, the discount will be applied automatically to your order. Please note that discount codes cannot be used on already discounted items.

How do HUB sneakers fit?

Our sneakers generally fit true to size, and we recommend ordering your usual size. If a specific model fits larger or smaller, we always state this clearly in the product description. All our sneakers are equipped with the HUB Insole, featuring gel padding and a ventilation system for optimal cushioning and breathability during daily city use.

How do I care for my HUB sneakers

To protect your sneakers properly, we recommend treating them with a water- and dirt-repellent spray before use. Because we work with high-quality LWG-certified leather, your shoes will stay in the best condition if you clean them with a damp cloth and a mild cleaner. Avoid the washing machine to protect the integrity of the leather and the technical layers of the HUB Insole.

My lace is broken, what should I do?

Unfortunately, laces can sometimes break due to wear or sharp eyelets. Please send an email toservice@hubfootwear.comwith your order number and a photo of the broken lace. Our customer service team will be happy to send you a new pair of laces.

Returns

What is the return policy?

You can return your order within 15 days of receipt using our online return portal powered by Returnista. Please note that exchanges are not possible and return costs are at your own expense. More information can be found on theDelivery & Return page.

Shipping

When will I know my order has been shipped?

You will receive a notification as soon as the shipping label has been created by our warehouse. In addition, the carrier will send you an update once your package has been scanned into their system.

When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location, usually between 1–5 business days.

Is your country not listed for shipping? Unfortunately, we are currently unable to ship to that country.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase. Find an overview of the shipping costs on the delivery & returns page.

Is it possible to track my order?

When your order arrived in the sorting centre, you will receive the tracking number via email to trace your package.
