    How do HUB Origins sneakers fit?

    HUB Origins styles generally fit true to size. This also applies to wool-lined styles. If you are between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for extra comfort, especially when wearing thicker socks in winter.     Can I use my own insoles in HUB Origins sneakers?

    Yes. All HUB Origins boots and canvas sneakers come with a removable insole. This allows you to replace the original insole with your own orthotics or custom insoles for a personalised fit.

    Are HUB Origins styles suitable for different seasons?

    Yes. The HUB Origins collection is designed for year-round wear. In winter, the collection focuses on sturdy and warm boots, including wool-lined styles. In summer, it features lightweight canvas sneakers that are breathable and comfortable for warmer days.

    What is the delivery time and what are the return options?

    Delivery times depend on your country. Orders to the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg are usually delivered within 1–3 days. For Germany, France and Denmark, delivery typically takes 1–5 days. Other European countries usually receive their order within 5–10 days.

    You can return your items within 15 days after delivery. Return costs depend on your country and start from a small fixed fee. You can easily register your return through the return portal on the delivery and returns page.

    HUB Origin, the collection our brand started with

    Origin is where HUB began more than twenty years ago, and it is still the part of the range that changes the least. These are the silhouettes that were right the first time: leather boots built for wet Dutch winters, and light canvas shoes for the months in between.

    Two halves of one collection

    The winter side is warm leather and wool lining, made to handle rain, cold mornings and a salted pavement. The summer side is recycled canvas, unlined and light enough to wear without socks. Same construction philosophy, opposite ends of the year.

    Built to be repaired rather than replaced

    Origin styles use durable materials and a construction that holds up to being worn hard: full leather uppers, stitched detailing and outsoles with enough tread to last several seasons. Looking after them with the right shoe care products adds years rather than months.

    The same comfort as our sneakers

    Every Origin style carries the HUB insole, so a leather boot feels as forgiving underfoot as a sneaker does. The insole is removable, which matters more in a boot than anywhere else if you wear custom orthotics.
