Behind the Collaboration, HUB Footwear x Team Picnic PostNL
We love creating sneakers that deliver comfort for everyone, and even more when we get to support athletes. That’s why we’re excited to introduce our new collaboration with Team Picnic PostNL.
We created a custom sneaker designed to support riders and staff with premium comfort and a clean, refined look. Over the next three years, we’ll be equipping the entire team with premium footwear.
From Technicians to Athletes
This partnership reflects a shared ambition to push boundaries, not only in competition but in everything around it. Because every step beyond the finish line matters.
That is why we created a custom sneaker for both staff and riders, designed to support long days on the move. From technicians working behind the scenes to athletes recovering after intense races, this sneaker is built for life beyond the bike.
The Final Design
We reworked one of our core silhouettes, the Grid, into a custom design for the team. Picnic colors are placed at the back, while PostNL accents add contrast across the shoe. The signature team blue takes the lead, giving the sneaker its recognisable identity.

Inspired?
The Grid is designed for active days, bringing together a sporty look and lightweight comfort. Its street inspired shape makes it easy to wear with both active and casual outfits. The supportive EVA sole gives the sneaker a comfortable cushioned feel.
