At HUB Footwear, we want to make shopping as easy as possible. On this page you'll find all information about delivery times, shipping costs, returns and your consumer rights.
Whether you're waiting for your order, want to return a pair of sneakers or are looking for information about your right of withdrawal, you'll find everything you need below.

* Please note that deliveries to countries outside the EU maybe subject to additional fees (tax, customs, import duties) by local governing authorities. These fees are not included in our services. Prices shown on hubfootwear.com include 21% VAT (Value Added Taxes) and exclude delivery charges, custom duties or import taxes.

Under European consumer legislation, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
The way you submit your request depends on the status of your order:
- Order not yet shipped? Submit a cancellation request through your customer account.
- Order already received? Submit your withdrawal or return request through our returns portal.
After submitting your request, you will receive a confirmation by email.
For country’s not mentioned in above overview you are obligated to return the parcel at your own costs, by a logistics service provider of your preference to the following address:

Please note when sending the return:
- Place the item(s) in the original shipping bag (or another suitable shipping bag/box) together with the invoice received with the shipment.
- Close the bag securely and tape it shut.
- Ensure the shoes are clean and unworn
- Follow the instructions you receive when registering via Returnista
Why not free returns? Research shows that free returns increases the number of returns. This is not in line with our idea and commitment to a sustainable product.
